Where are you located?

We are in Gaborone, Botswana. However, we can offer our services to you regardless of your physical location. With the advent of Skype, email, telephones, screen sharing software, etc. we can virtually communicate as if we were next door to you. In other words we are virtually located next to you, so feel free to enquire how we can help you.

What kind of businesses do you help?

We can virtually help any kind of businesses. If you are in professional services like offering financial consulting, or any form of consulting, a lawyer, or in the repair and/or install service like in air-conditioning, plumbing, etc. or in real estate business like agency or agent or construction business like roofing, building etc… the list goes on and on…

As long as you have something to offer to the market by way of service or product and you need people to know about you and come to you for your services or products, we can help you. We just have to ask you to understand more about your business.

I do not have a website, can you help me?

If you do not have a website and you want to reach out to your potential clients to know about you, yes we can help you. The first thing to do is to build you a website. Our rates are affordable but vary according to the business you are in and whether you will need maintenance type of service from us.

As an example you Real Estate business might need a website and ask us to publish listings for them as and when they are available. On the other hand an Attorney might not need that much updating… each service we offer is tailor-made to your needs.

I have a website, how can you help me?

If you already have a website we still can help you. The first thing we do is audit your website to diagnose it for any possible improvements, and normally there is plenty of them, and present you with the report with recoomendations for your perusal.

Typically most websites need to be improved with their overall structure(e.g. arrangement of pages, page hierarchy, siloing, etc.), structture (Schema Markup, Open Graph, etc.) and other SEO elements… Our recommendations will lay out what needs to be done.

My advertising budget is stretched yet no to little ROI, how can you help?

If you have any form of advertising whether online or offline, we can help you reduce you marketing budget. Our strongest point is in using your website as your strongest marketing tool in the most effective way. We build (and/or) revamp your website such that search engines can recogonize it better. When this happens it has a ripple effect in all your marketing efforts.

• First, you will have better visibility in the search engines.

I run Google Adwords and not sure if I am getting value for my money, how can you assist?

If you are already have active Google Adwords campaings, we can help you with monitoring and tracking your ad-spend. Every month we can produce an easy to follow yet highly detailed Google Analytics report that will show you any dips or good performing keywords from month to month.

With our reports you can make informed decisions as to where you can increase or reduce your budget. Combined with our SEO service you will end up spending your money exactly where you need to spend. This is because we also incorporate yet another detailed easy-to-read report that will show your rankings for each keyword used to find your website.

I am new and not sure how this internet thing works?

You can consult with us and discuss your business and how you can use the internet to help you grow. Basically, we will create you a website, add tracking to it so that we can know how and where people visit the website.

The tracking will tell the keyword or search term they used, how many times has that keyword been used, whether they clicked on your link or not, what position were you on the Search Engine Results Page (SERP) when that keyword was used.

The tracking will also tell if the searcher was using a mobile device or desk and which country they were searching from. These are all important parameters you need to know in order to grow your business online.

I live in a different country so how do we pay you?

If you are local Botswana, we receive payments via Paypal or Payoneer. Both are global and after agreeing on a price we will arrange payment Paypal and if you do not have a Paypal account (it is also easy to create one immediately) we have the option to use Payoneer (which is also easy to open an account and pay from your bank account).

If there are other alternative methods that we may not be aware of we are willing to use them where possible.

If you are local, whether you are in Maun, Francistown or anywhere in Botswana or even when you are just the other side of Gaborone like Phakalane, Metsimotlhabe, Tlokweng, etc. we send an invoice and any form of payment is possible including but not limited to bank transfer, eWallet (FNBB), Instant Money (Stanbic), etc… as well as MyZaka, OrangeMoney, Cash on hand, etc.

All payments carry an initial deposit amount before any work can be started thereafter we can arrange flexible payment plans if necessary. Payments can be split over 6-12 months period depending on our agreement.

For best results, we encourage a 12-month service so that you can track, monitor and see the progress and really appreciate the contribution we would have made. All payment plans carry a FREE service support. e.g. if the site is down we help or any glitch on the website we will help with no extra charge.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on any of our services or products.

The reason we do not have any refunds on our services is that, we really encourage long term relationships instead of a once-off service of one day (or just website building and leave you), we rather opt for payment plans that cover up to 12 months. We are comfortable with payment plans because they give you and us a chance evaluate and monitor progress.

As a customer you will be able to hold back the next payment if you are not happy with us and apart from the deposit you will always be paying for a service that has been delivered. So if you are satisfied with the service you will not have a problem with continuing our relationship.

As the service provider, we are committed to ensuring that we prove ourselves to you by delivering what we promised. The idea behind a longer term relationship is so that you can gauge our performance from the monthly reports we will be presenting you.

From these reports you will be able to tell if you are going or coming and have the ability to terminate the arrangement before loosing anymore money. However, with our expertise this is highly unlikely! And our aim is to keep you happy by providing a stellar service.

As regards our products and being digital (downloadable) in nature it will be unfair on us to have refunds. To circumvent this we provide detailed information to help you make an informed decision and with full knowledge of what to expect.

We explain in detail how we create any digital product such that you can reproduce the same without purchasing any of our digital products.

We also provide after sales support in case you are not able to download the product or you find something wrong. In such cases we help freely and if you need help with installation it is possible that we can help for free (if minor) or for a small fee.

Do not be afraid to ask for help if you experience difficulty thinking we will automatically charge. It is not always about money!
